This is a great place for those who are beginning and those who want to practice in a supportive and inclusive space. Every class will start with a short Sitting in the Power so we are all connected, It will then break off into breakout rooms where you will practice with other mediums. This isn't a space to be correct, because it's within the 'no's' that we find what connects .
