About the event
I offer different ways to find YOUR power, while some connect with music, mantras, silence, or even guided meditations; I bring ALL of them. Each week we do something different. To help you find what works best for you. Please be in a quite space where you can practice bing present. The room will open at 6:40pm PST and we will begin at 6:45PM. There will be a moment to share your experience (if you want) All are welcome.
